Market and execution risk

Prices, order-book depth, funding rates, fees, borrow availability, and transfer status can change before or during execution. Partial fills, latency, liquidation, basis movement, and network congestion can produce losses.

Venue and protocol risk

Exchanges, custodians, stablecoins, networks, smart contracts, and yield providers can fail, suspend access, become insolvent, or be compromised. Historical availability does not prove future reliability.

Model risk

Estimates depend on source data and explicit assumptions. Warnings and confidence labels identify known limitations but cannot capture every risk. Verify all inputs independently before making decisions.
