Use this path for data corrections, security reports, privacy concerns, and accessibility problems. It does not require an account and is not a trading-support or emergency channel.

Never submit passwords, API keys, wallet seed phrases, private keys, payment-card data, or exchange credentials. For a security issue, provide only the minimum detail needed to reproduce it safely.

Use a path such as /funding-rates/btc/. Do not include a query string or personal information.Provide this only if you want a possible reply. It is stored privately with the report.

Ready to submit. The API stores no IP address, browser fingerprint, cookie, authorization value, or query string with this report.

What happens next

You receive a reference after successful submission. Reports are private, limited to three submissions per minute per network address, scheduled to expire 180 days after submission, and removed by daily maintenance. A reference is not a promise of response or resolution. There is no public report lookup endpoint.

Responsible security reporting

Do not disrupt service, access another person's data, run denial-of-service tests, use social engineering, or retain data encountered accidentally. Stop testing once you can demonstrate the issue and submit the minimum safe evidence through this form.
